Sabourin, 29, has played in 57 career NHL games over parts of five seasons with Calgary, Pittsburgh and Vancouver. He has posted an 18-25-4 record and a 2.87 goals-against average.

Sabourin spent 2009-10 with Providence, the Boston Bruins' AHL affiliate, and was 28-27-0 with a 2.67 GAA, .915 save percentage and three shutouts.
